F.I.T. (Functional Intense Training)- Are you ready?  This cross training class will bring you to a whole new level based on endurance, power and strength utilizing sport specific moves, weights, tubing and so much more.  100% pure energy!  T/TH*6:00-7:00am* Studio

TurboKick© & PiYo©- Classes begin with TurboKick, fast-paced cardio kickboxing using moves from dance & martial arts.  An upper & lower body strength workout transitions you into PiYo, a fusion of basic mat pilates & yoga.                                T/TH*6:00-7:30pm*Studio

Hi/Lo Cardio Sculpt- Mid to high internsity freestyle aerobics incorporating athletic-based moves along with plyometric exercises. M/W*5:30-6:30pm*Multi-Purpose Room

STEP FUSION-  Traditional STEP moves to improve cardiovascular fitness, agility and coordination.  Class ends with strength training and abdominal work. M/F*9:00-10:00 am* Multi-Purpose Room                                          

STEP and Sculpt-  A floor and STEP warm-up followed by STEP aerobics interspersed with various sculpting techniques using free weights, medicine balls, body bars and you own resistance. W*6:00-7:00 pm *Studio

Cardio Kick- This high energy, fat burning workout incorporates kickboxing moves with athletic aerobic movements.  This is a great workout for all levels, come and take the challenge.  Sat*9:00-10:00 am *Studio

Y-Fusion- By using a combination of several key elements for a total body conditioning workout: low impact, mid-intensity aerobics, strength training, core stability with Pilates, balance, deep stretching and relaxation through yoga, this class has it all!  T/TH*6:30-7:30pm*Multi-Purpose Room

Strength, Power & Core - Strength & Power with a stronger emphasis on developing the core.  M/F*10:30-11:3am*Group Exercise Studio

Bootcamp- Be ready to move and mix it up. You'll expereince one hour of heart pumping cardio drills combined with full-body muscle conditioning that will tone and tighten your body.  dy. T/Th*9:30-10:30am*Group Exercise Studio

Cycle Fusion- A combination of cycling and strength training utilizing hand weights, medicine balls, and much more!  Shape your body into a new you. Bike reservations made no more than 48 hours in advance by calling the Spinning Line at 508-852-6694 x276. T/Th*9:15-10:15am*Spinning Studio

Group Cycling-  Let your hair down and come ride with us!  Time flies by as you work up a sweat to great music and motivational instruction. Pilates- This ultimate mat workout involves a series of controlled movements to engage your body and mind, and to improve flexibility and strength without adding bulk.  Please register at the Welcome Center desk. T/Th*10:45-11:45am*Studio; T/Th*5:30-6:30pm*MP Room; Th*4:30-5:30pm*MP Room

Hatha Yoga- This class will include core strengthing, stretching and restorative poses.  A combination of postures meant to increase flexibility and reduce stress.  Target your spirit, mind and body.  Please register at the Welcome Center desk.  Sat*8:00-9:00 am *MP Room
